Risk Management & Career Development
Many people do not set out to become risk managers. Yet the importance of qualifications or getting relevant experience will influence how effective you are as a risk manager so maintaining industry knowledge is key. But post qualifications, what’s next? How do you develop your risk skills? How do you maintain skills that are relevant to the risk profession? This two hour webinar will explore these issues from what the IRM offer in terms of qualifications and CPD activity, but will explore how senior risk leaders have maximised opportunities to become a risk leader. We will also explore what the recruitment of risk professionals looks like and what employees are looking for.
