The Institute of Risk Management’s [IRM] Global Qualifications are now available for Indian students, entrepreneurs and working professionals.

We are committed to creating an ecosystem for professionals in India who will now be a part our global risk community across 143 countries.

As part of our mission to create a sustainable ecosystem of Enterprise Risk Management {ERM}, we work collaboratively with a select Universities / Education Institutions around the world who wish to contribute towards the development of risk professionals through education and research. Our Program covers institutions that partner with us to incorporate the Qualifications into their degree / postgraduate programs for students who wish to pursue a parallel career pathway in ERM without disturbing their regular courses. Mr. Hersh Shah, CEO, GLECO [IRM India Affiliate]

Hersh Shah is a Commerce Graduate, Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and an alumnus of IIM-Bangalore. He is a Technical Specialist elected by the Institute of Risk Management, UK. He has over a decade of experience in audit and assurance, risk management, consulting and corporate finance across manufacturing, financial services, retail and education sectors. Hersh was previously associated with KPMG Risk Consulting where he worked on many enterprise risk consulting assignments. Hersh was also selected amongst the 'Top 6' at KPMG India as part of the Ideas for Innovation Initiative by the CEO's Office at KPMG. He has travelled extensively to South Africa, USA, UK, China and the Middle East for his professional assignments. He was one of the 450 people to be selected in 2014 for a social entrepreneurship train journey across India which helped him decipher rural and semi-urban India. Hersh has trained over 1000+ students across India in the area of risk management and strategy. Previously, Hersh also managed a 100 crore microfinance NBFC where he led a team of 250+ people across India.
